Own the technical roadmap for Company Operations, translating business needs into engineering specifications, prioritizing sprints, allocating capacity, and ensuring quality delivery. Partner with data engineering to evolve warehouse structures, establish business logic, validate data, and support financial and go-to-market reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally on build-versus-buy decisions, perform hands-on QA and data validation, and prototype with AI coding tools.

Build and scale AI-first internal tools, including document parsing engines, Slack applications, workflow utilities, and LLM evaluation systems. Develop automated testing and benchmarking for non-deterministic AI outputs, integrate LLM APIs, and partner with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams. Establish best practices for AI-assisted software development while delivering maintainable, secure, reliable full-stack solutions.

Designs and implements lean operational systems across the company, including workflow improvements, communication protocols, Slack structures, reporting cadences, documentation hubs, and knowledge repositories. The role identifies operational bottlenecks, solves root causes, improves cross-functional alignment, and reduces administrative friction. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process management, business operations, or management consulting within high-growth technology environments.
