Define target-state enterprise data architecture, reusable patterns, medallion mappings, data-product designs, governance boundaries, output-port contracts, and migration roadmaps for a complex financial-services environment. Analyze stored procedures to identify domain ownership and decomposition opportunities, map inventory items to architectural patterns, and create architecture catalogs, matrices, conceptual diagrams, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps. Partner with business, data, platform, and engineering teams to enable domain ownership without the platform owning domain data.

Leads a strategic banking data-transformation and target-state architecture engagement. Responsibilities include establishing delivery governance, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating business domains, chairing ownership forums, quality-gating deliverables, defending conceptual architecture to an architecture board, and presenting executive recommendations. The role also frames follow-on investment priorities and requires deep data architecture, banking, data mesh, Azure Databricks, regulatory, and executive stakeholder expertise.
