Oversees governance, prioritization, funding, ROI and benefits realization, delivery coordination, RAID management, financial transparency, controls, regulatory readiness, executive reporting, adoption, and organizational change across complex, regulated environments.

Refine autonomous AI-agent workflows for MGA BDX data profiling. Analyze insurance data to identify quality issues, anomalies, missing fields, duplicates, structural variations, and business-rule exceptions. Define profiling plans, validation logic, metrics, and review processes; improve prompts, agent behavior, and human-in-the-loop controls. Collaborate with data consumers, onboarding teams, engineers, and enterprise stakeholders to produce clear, traceable outputs for BDX platform and data hub onboarding.

Designs, deploys, and operates AWS network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Maintains hybrid connectivity, Cisco routing and switching, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, security controls, monitoring, and network automation. Troubleshoots complex connectivity and performance issues, supports incident and change management, documents infrastructure, performs capacity planning, and collaborates with cloud, security, application, DevOps, and data center teams. Participates in on-call support for critical systems.
