The Director, Securities and Corporate Counsel will oversee SEC compliance, manage corporate governance, and support capital market transactions while coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.

Provide paralegal support on international trade, customs compliance, trade remedy and forced labor matters (UFLPA), monitor trade and energy policy, support compliance programs, draft policy positions and partner with cross-functional teams and outside counsel to manage regulatory risk for renewable energy manufacturing.
