Design and validate product experiences through research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and polished Figma specifications. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and UX Research teams; lead workshops, advocate for evidence-based inclusive design, support engineering implementation through QA, and contribute to Taskrabbit’s design system and critique process.

Own Taskrabbit’s global commerce platform covering client payments, Tasker payouts, payment reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Lead backend engineering initiatives, prioritize the roadmap, investigate payment issues, improve conversion and payout speed, and partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Support, Risk, and Legal. The role requires deep B2C payments expertise, systems-level understanding, strong prioritization, stakeholder management, and independent execution.

Leads Taskrabbit’s visual identity and art direction across campaigns, marketing, product, and partner channels. Directs photo and video productions from concept through post-production, develops scalable visual systems and brand guidelines, creates cross-channel assets, and maintains the asset library. Partners with creative and business teams, coaches designers, introduces efficient workflows, and uses performance insights to optimize creative. The role combines strategic campaign concepting with hands-on visual design and production leadership.
