Supports global fundraising operations through portfolio tracking, meeting and event coordination, donor database updates, reporting, research, gift acknowledgements, file maintenance, and administrative assistance. The role manages donor and fundraiser information, tracks prospects and fundraising plans, supports decision-making with analysis, and coordinates with staff, donors, legal professionals, and financial professionals. This hybrid position requires organization, clear communication, writing, proofreading, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Leads public fundraising proposals and projects for conservation partnerships. Coordinates cross-organizational teams, develops fundraising plans, manages budgets and deadlines, supports grant writing, maintains funding pipeline data in BBCRM, and collaborates with public grants specialists and finance staff. The role also facilitates stakeholder communications, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, tracks committed and projected funds, and supports strategic resource mobilization. Travel may reach 20% and can occasionally occur on short notice.

Lead finance workstreams for Project Finance for Permanence transactions by developing financial models and strategies, designing sustainable finance mechanisms, supporting due diligence and risk assessments, and preparing finance materials. Manage complex work plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and government stakeholders, oversee consultants, facilitate finance workshops, and support transaction closing. The role requires English and Spanish fluency, project management experience, financial analysis skills, and domestic and international travel.
