Partners with senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and culture initiatives. Coaches managers, leads sensitive employee investigations and termination processes, supports talent calibration and organizational change, and delivers leadership training. Uses HR metrics, HR technology, and AI tools to inform workforce decisions and improve employee experience across a matrixed organization.

Assist with field investigations of electrical systems, document conditions, collect data, evaluate system performance and failure modes, prepare technical reports and legal exhibits, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on repair or mitigation solutions.

Lead technical vision for complex electrical renovation and adaptive-reuse projects. Act as primary client advisor, mentor and develop staff, drive business development and proposals, shape firm strategy, and oversee project financials, schedules, and quality to meet firm and client objectives.
