The role also maintains project and personnel records, coordinates with Accounting and project stakeholders, helps meet deadlines, and supports compliance with internal procedures.

Supports the global communications team through graphic design, branded content, PowerPoint development, short-form video editing, video shoots, and digital asset management. Creates and adapts visual content for websites, social media, campaigns, and other platforms while maintaining brand standards. Provides coordination support, contributes creative ideas to campaigns, and collaborates with specialists across communications, marketing, video, web, and social media.

Supports digital content publishing and optimization across the company website. Responsibilities include updating Drupal pages, applying SEO, AEO, and GEO principles, analyzing search and audience data, improving content structure and accessibility, checking links and mobile presentation, supporting website enhancements, measuring social and campaign performance, and testing AI-enabled workflows. The role collaborates with developers, writers, designers, and subject-matter experts to improve discoverability, usability, and engagement.
