Leads architecture reviews, presales solution oversight, escalations, and technical strategy while mentoring architects and shaping career standards. Provides executive-level client influence, governs integrations and data foundations, evaluates AI applicability, and supports critical engagements through solution design and recovery.

Develop and deploy secure Salesforce solutions for Federal agencies using Apex, Lightning Web Components, automation, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and program managers to translate mission requirements into scalable technical designs. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and agency security standards, participate in code reviews, and support testing and troubleshooting in cleared environments. The role requires extensive Salesforce development experience, Federal systems integration expertise, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Design and develop secure, scalable Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and data pipelines. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Experience Cloud integrations supporting federal workflows such as licensing, permitting, inspections, and case management. Modernize legacy government systems through API-led architecture while enforcing FedRAMP, NIST, and PII/PHI safeguards. Collaborate with architects, project leads, and federal stakeholders in Agile teams.
