The Strategic Account Director will manage enterprise accounts, driving growth, renewals, and customer satisfaction while building executive relationships and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and engaging decision-makers at target accounts. AEs lead initial discovery conversations and partner with Enterprise Sales Leaders.

The Head of Partnerships will drive revenue by managing and scaling partnerships with professional sports teams, venues, and agencies, facilitating warm introductions, and building senior-level relationships to enhance corporate hospitality programs.
