Manage and execute ETF portfolio trades across equities and options, handle trade allocation, settlement and reconciliation, work with prime brokers and market makers, use Bloomberg and OMS for execution, partner with investment and operations teams to improve trading processes, and ensure performance adheres to fund objectives.

Manage and execute day-to-day ETF portfolio operations including trade execution, reconciliations, compliance reporting, client liaison, and portfolio oversight. Support rebalances, ETF baskets, prepare quarterly reports, and identify process improvements while adhering to firm policies and risk frameworks.

Manage and execute leveraged ETF portfolios, trading equities, options and fixed income; handle trade allocation, settlement and reconciliation; work with prime brokers/market makers; use Bloomberg and Excel; improve trading processes and partner with operations to ensure fund objectives and regulatory adherence.

Lead day-to-day implementation and trading of ETF portfolios across strategies and asset classes. Execute and oversee trades in equities, options, and fixed income using Bloomberg AIM/OMS, ensure best execution, reconcile positions and settlements, monitor performance versus benchmarks, improve trading workflows, and mentor a team of AVPs, Associates, and Analysts while coordinating with brokers, market makers, custodians, and operations.

Manage and execute trades for leveraged ETFs across equities, options, and swaps; handle trade allocation, settlement, and reconciliation; use Bloomberg and institutional platforms; collaborate with prime brokers, market makers, portfolio managers, and operations to optimize execution and fund performance; analyze markets and improve trading processes while ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Support daily trade lifecycle operations including settlement, reconciliation, cash and collateral management across equities, derivatives, and fixed income. Monitor and improve trading workflows, ensure accurate trade recording, collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, custodians and back-office partners, prepare trade reports, maintain procedures, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The AVP of Finance will manage financial operations, oversee accounting processes, perform financial reporting, and drive continuous improvement with AI tools.

The 1940 Act Attorney provides legal counsel on SEC regulations for ETFs, drafts legal documents, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure compliance.

This role involves the ownership and optimization of Bloomberg and trading platforms, partnering with traders to improve workflows and system configurations.

Lead identification and design of automation and AI solutions across departments: document current workflows, produce future-state architectures and POCs, present to leadership, and hand off implementable designs to engineering and data teams to scale operations without proportional headcount growth.
