Supports corporate strategy and development through market and competitive analysis, financial modeling, valuation, partnership evaluation, investment analysis, and executive communications. The role works cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Revenue, and Operations to assess growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and new markets. Responsibilities include building business cases, synthesizing research and data, preparing board materials, and supporting transaction negotiations.

Supports daily studio and workplace operations by maintaining clean, stocked, guest-ready spaces; coordinating front desk coverage, deliveries, supplies, catering, events, visitors, access, and workstations; assisting production activities, travel schedules, wardrobe logistics, expenses, and talent operations. The role partners with production and workplace leaders to address operational needs and create a welcoming environment for employees, guests, contractors, and production teams.

Lead Tonal’s fitness talent brand and partnership strategy, managing the external talent agency, developing coach growth roadmaps, evaluating commercial opportunities, and coordinating brand partnerships, campaigns, social activations, events, and appearances. Advise coaches on positioning and opportunities while ensuring alignment with Tonal’s business goals, audience trust, legal requirements, and brand standards. Build scalable workflows, manage campaign delivery, assess agency performance, and collaborate with Marketing, PR, Content, Performance, Legal, and Brand Partnerships.
