Lead complex enterprise customer implementations, manage relationships, oversee data migrations, and navigate operational challenges, driving successful outcomes at Trayd.

Own end-to-end accounting implementations, including historical data migration, financial and job cost reconciliation, revenue tracking, billing configuration, WIP reporting, and month-end workflows. Run extraction and import pipelines, train customer accounting teams, support statement accounting questions, document recurring solutions, identify product gaps, and provide actionable bug reports to Engineering. Manage multiple implementations while serving as the accounting subject-matter expert for Customer Success and Account Management teams.

Own onboarding and high-touch customer success for Professional Services, strategic, and enterprise accounts. Lead training, proficiency, adoption, weekly account cadences, and defined onboarding exit criteria. Coordinate with technical consultants and commercial teams on configuration, renewals, risks, and expansion signals without owning sales responsibilities. Maintain organized client relationships and escalate issues appropriately. This is an in-person, five-day-per-week role in Manhattan.
