Supports advertiser and agency accounts across campaign launches, optimization, reporting, renewals, troubleshooting, and billing coordination. Monitors performance against KPIs, recommends optimizations, prepares client reports and business reviews, supports pre-sale strategy and onboarding, maintains account records, and identifies expansion opportunities. Collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Finance, and Engineering while developing expertise in programmatic, native, video, and CTV advertising.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, deployment, observability, monitoring, logging, and error-handling systems. Develop self-service tools that improve engineering productivity, optimize application performance, modernize infrastructure, and reduce cloud costs. Partner with application teams on architecture and production systems, apply industry best practices, automate repetitive work, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy for TripleLift’s AI-powered advertising products across CTV, video, native, retail media, and emerging formats. Own positioning, messaging, launches, packaging, buyer personas, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and thought leadership. Translate machine learning, predictive modeling, automation, and measurement capabilities into business value for enterprise brands, agencies, and publishers while partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, ABM, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to drive pipeline and revenue.
