Serve as the primary technical and operational contact for advertiser accounts, activating and QAing programmatic campaigns across DSPs, troubleshooting delivery and creative issues, monitoring performance, building dashboards, and collaborating with product and engineering to resolve technical gaps while advising clients and driving optimizations.

Design and own the Exchange identity and API architecture: Auth0 tenant and OAuth/OIDC flows, ReBAC authorization (OpenFGA/SpiceDB/Ory), API gateway security (rate limiting, mTLS), AWS identity infra, publisher and demand-side integrations, threat modeling, standards, and mentoring engineering teams.

Own and develop the Salesforce org and full GTM tech stack (Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar), build integrations, ensure data quality and platform governance, partner with Revenue Operations and BI to enable reporting, manage vendor relationships, and triage platform issues to support Sales and Account Management.
