Serve as Chief of Staff to Product & Technology leadership and lead the P&T PMO: establish program frameworks and tooling, drive cross-functional programs (notably H2 2026 hiring), manage planning cycles (headcount, OKRs, budgets), remove organizational blockers, and support CEO/CTO/CPO on strategic initiatives and board prep.

Lead and build Trustly's US Solutions Engineering organization covering pre-sales, implementation, and technical account management. Drive merchant onboarding, reduce integration time-to-live, support enterprise deals, own escalations, develop self-serve integration resources, and establish performance metrics across the function while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Lead Trustly's US bank partnership strategy: identify and close new bank relationships, deepen existing partnerships, translate opportunities into product requirements, advise on payments rails/regulation, represent the company externally, and build a team of bank relationship managers.
