Cultivating relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Client Success, Marketing and Finance to drive strategic initiatives.
Identifying opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across the sales team.
Tracking and managing projects to execution, ensuring accuracy in sales reporting, metric analysis, sales recognition and workflows to monitor overall sales health.
Managing Salesforce data, including uploading customer information/territory information, etc. and ensuring all data uploaded is clean, accurate and complete at all times.
Overseeing all sales applications to ensure data accuracy and account success, including but not limited to, salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pardot and more.
Overseeing account executives territory assignments, event coverage, and meeting collateral needs.
Supporting the SVP, Sales in managing the day-to-day rhythm of sales operations.
