Support the Retail Sales team with showroom prep, sample coordination, order tracking, data entry, and administrative tasks. Assist with customer meeting materials, inventory, reporting, and cross-functional projects to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Support production and merchandising operations by maintaining trackers and documentation, processing purchase orders, coordinating samples, following up with suppliers, updating critical path milestones, aiding compliance and logistics, and providing client/internal status updates from brief through delivery.

Process high-volume AP transactions across US, UK, and France: invoice matching, payments (ACH/wire/check), vendor reconciliations, expense coding, month-end support, audits, and cross-functional issue resolution while maintaining compliance and vendor relationships.

Prepare printer-ready packaging files and perform pre-press checks to ensure color accuracy, resolution, fonts, and brand consistency. Collaborate with Art, Creative, and Development teams, manage version control and file organization, perform minor retouching and color corrections, and meet production deadlines while optimizing files for various print and finishing techniques.

Manage and grow Twelve's Target account by owning sales performance, assortment planning, forecasting, retail execution, promotions, inventory, and cross-functional coordination. Present business reviews, lead RFPs, and ensure retailer compliance to hit revenue, margin, and growth targets.
