Designs and develops Hurley men's activewear from concept through production. Responsibilities include fashion trend research, seasonal CAD creation and recoloring, tech pack development, ERP updates, factory coordination, sample and color approval, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, buying, production, and technical design teams.

Leads fashion product design for Hurley’s men’s division, from trend research and sketching through CADs, tech packs, sampling, approvals, and pre-production. Develops commercially viable collections aligned with brand strategy, market trends, customer needs, and price points. Collaborates with sales, buying, production, and factories while managing PLM updates and product revisions.

Manages seasonal sock product development from worksheets and design concepts through sampling, approvals, and production. Coordinates with design, merchandising, production teams, factories, and overseas vendors to maintain quality, accurate specifications, timelines, and delivery requirements. Reviews lab dips, yarn selections, samples, colors, measurements, and construction details, provides factory feedback, and develops process improvements.

Leads sock design and concept development for men's, women's, and children's products from conception through production. Creates seasonal brand concepts, CAD presentations, technical packages, and PLM style inputs while managing colors, fabrics, trims, prototypes, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration with design, production, product development, packaging, sales, and overseas partners.

Supports sales and account management for mid-tier retail accounts, including sales planning, buyer communication, order and inventory tracking, negotiations, promotions, and account growth. Coordinates with logistics, production, merchandising, planning, and sales support teams to complete orders accurately and on schedule. Reviews sales performance, identifies opportunities, manages customer requests, provides account updates, and travels or uses Zoom for retailer meetings and appointments.

Design and develop innovative legwear collections by researching trends, creating sketches and CAD renderings, selecting materials and colors, preparing technical drawings and tech packs, and collaborating with product development, vendors, merchandising, production, and marketing. Participate in prototyping and fit sessions, evaluate construction and comfort, monitor competitors, and recommend adjustments to ensure high-quality, marketable products aligned with brand aesthetics.

Supports sales executives and existing accounts through order entry, order accuracy, inventory tracking, projections, reporting, and product assortment management. Coordinates with EDI, warehouse, merchandising, marketing, and other departments to resolve shortages and oversold inventory. Maintains NuOrder product content, images, copy, and data feeds from Exenta, while analyzing site and sales data to recommend improvements that increase engagement and client success.

Coordinates and optimizes paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, DTC websites, and retail media. Responsibilities include campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, budget pacing, reporting, audience segmentation, creative coordination, A/B testing, affiliate and co-op program support, and performance analysis. The role partners with CRM, creative, agency, and leadership teams while developing expertise in attribution, conversion tracking, and e-commerce advertising platforms.
