Lead and support new clients through our onboarding process. Create and manage internal configuration tickets to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients. Ensure all training materials are up to date. Act as an additional point of contact for our new and existing clients. Manage the relationship for a segment of our clients. Partner with the Success Manager to evaluate data and come up with strategic recommendations for our clients. Manage incoming client tickets in Zendesk. Proactively help with specific technical issues and be able to understand the support process from the client’s point of view. As the Director of Data Engineering at Updater, you will own Updater’s Data Platform, which powers all major operational and analytical functions. On a day-to-day basis, you will continue to build out our centralized data lake & data warehousing solution (our stack includes Fivetran/Snowflake/Airflow!), build services to provide data to our production applications and testing platforms, supply our business partners with insights about their performance on the platform, and guide the strategy, documentation, permissions, and roles for the evolving data platform.
