Temporary Staff Accountant responsible for journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, accounts payable support, and month-end and year-end close activities. The role also involves reconciling ERP and point-of-sale data, investigating discrepancies, preparing reporting tie-outs, maintaining schedules, supporting internal controls, and assisting with process improvements and ad hoc analysis.

Supports product allocation across full-price and outlet stores by size and location. Analyzes store and size-level selling patterns, performs replenishment and inventory transfers, coordinates shipments with distribution centers, and collaborates with buyers and store managers. Maintains allocation data, executes data cleanup, and prepares weekly and ad hoc reports to support sales and inventory turnover goals.

Oversee specialty luxury retail accounts, develop joint business plans, forecast and analyze sales, coordinate logistics and seasonal orders, drive reorders and shipping goals, host trunk shows, maintain reporting, and identify market growth opportunities. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, organization, retail math, fashion industry knowledge, and account management skills.
