Directs hotel finance operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, variance analysis, internal controls, regulatory compliance, purchasing optimization, and capital planning. Partners with hotel leadership and ownership to improve profitability, safeguard assets, and maintain accurate GAAP-compliant records. Leads, coaches, and develops accounting staff while overseeing finance systems and audit readiness.

Directs hotel accounting operations, supervises and develops accounting staff, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciles balance sheet accounts, reviews income audits, monitors revenues and expenses, investigates variances, maintains internal financial controls, and supports regulatory, tax, payroll, purchasing, cash-handling, and compliance processes. Provides financial analysis and guidance to management while ensuring deadlines, reporting standards, and hotel operating procedures are met.

Manages hotel front-office and Rooms operations, leads and trains team members, ensures exceptional guest service, oversees check-in and check-out, resolves guest concerns, manages cashiering and guest accounts, maintains guest profiles, coordinates scheduling and payroll-related time edits, and enforces hotel standards, security procedures, and service culture.
