The Scrum Master facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams on Agile practices, removes impediments, and improves delivery effectiveness. The role provides visibility into commitments, progress, risks, dependencies, and metrics; supports planning, capacity forecasting, PI Planning, and required documentation. It partners with Product Owners, engineering leaders, technical leads, stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams to improve prioritization, alignment, accountability, predictability, and continuous improvement across Enterprise Data Management teams.

Drives discovery, strategy, and delivery of data products for Retail Wealth Management. Translates business needs into technical requirements, defines product vision and roadmaps, prioritizes backlogs, and partners with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders. The role oversees data solution design, requirements, user stories, analytics, adoption, and value measurement while facilitating Agile planning. It also mentors junior product professionals and presents recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead Applied AI across Investment Management by identifying high-value AI use cases, guiding engineering teams to production-ready, scalable AI solutions, promoting reusable assets and engineering best practices, mentoring AI talent, partnering with platform leaders, and communicating business value and adoption metrics to stakeholders.
