Own and optimize the roadmap for internal business systems supporting manufacturing, distribution, inventory, logistics, order management, and supply chain operations. Lead feature lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize solutions, and mobilize digital product and technology teams to deliver efficient operations and improved customer experiences.

Manage prescription eyewear manufacturing fulfillment from prescription approval through delivery. Lead a team and third-party manufacturing network, oversee KPIs for quality, fulfillment, cost, and inventory, improve processes and lead times, manage capacity planning, support new lens launches, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and develop partner SOPs and training.

Supervise retail sales floor and front-of-house operations, lead selling and team touch-bases when managers are absent, open and close the store, deliver exceptional customer experiences, provide product and style guidance, promote Warby Parker’s values, and support process improvements and special projects.
