Lead the company’s accounting function, including monthly and year-end close, P&L reporting, general ledger oversight, reconciliations, cash flow, working capital, accounts payable and receivable, controls, budgeting support, and tax coordination. Review accounting team work, maintain audit-ready records, analyze financial performance, and improve accounting processes and reporting. The role reports to the CFO and requires an active CPA license.

Leads the Service Operations organization across Customer Service, Account Management, Proposals, and Vendor Relations. Establishes KPIs, improves workflows, removes bottlenecks, strengthens cross-functional accountability, oversees managers, resolves escalated customer retention issues, and drives operational initiatives from planning through execution. The role also provides oversight of vendor negotiations, proposals, legal risks, litigation matters, and contractual disputes.

Manage client relationships and account performance for waste management services. Serve as the primary contact, resolve service issues, coordinate with vendors, monitor account health, identify cost savings, correct billing discrepancies, communicate updates, and improve service workflows. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, follow-through, and collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams in an in-office environment.
