Own global accounts receivable and billing operations across multiple entities, including contract review, invoicing, collections, aging reconciliations, payment investigations, month-end close, reporting, audits, and cloud marketplace transactions. Ensure AR data aligns with the general ledger and balance sheet while improving order-to-cash processes and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting.

Lead enterprise AI deployments from discovery through production rollout. Define scopes, success metrics, integration plans, and deployment strategies; coordinate customers, Product, and Engineering; track risks, remove blockers, support launches, monitor deployed agents, drive improvements, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires customer-facing technical communication, stakeholder management, comfort with ambiguity, and hands-on execution across AI-powered system deployments.
