Generate qualified sales pipeline through inbound and outbound lead follow-up across a defined territory. Research target accounts, engage prospects through phone, email, social media, and partners, identify business pain points, communicate Zimperium’s mobile security value proposition, and schedule high-quality meetings for sales representatives. Collaborate with sales and support teams to plan, execute, and measure targeted activities.

Manage regional SaaS accounts across Texas and the Northeast, driving new-logo acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell revenue. Build customer and partner relationships, coordinate onboarding and complex escalations, track account metrics, maintain pipeline and Salesforce hygiene, and represent customer needs in product strategy. Create account documentation, scopes of work, level-of-effort estimates, and actionable recommendations while collaborating with sales, support, product, technology, operations, and business development teams.
