Program Overview:

Dreaming Big is in our DNA. Brewing the world’s most loved beers and crafting meaningful experiences is what inspires us. We are looking for only the most ambitious, curious, and bold people that have the potential to become senior leaders and lead future growth for our company.  

Our MBA Internship is a 10-week summer experience designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in key business areas, with a focus on the Finance and Strategy functions. You will gain industry exposure, be integrated into our business, work on high-impact projects, and tackle real-world challenges building on your previous professional and academic experiences.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute a strategic project that addresses a key business challenge
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization
  • Conduct market research, data analysis, and modeling to support decision-making
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Engage in networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities


Who You Are:

  • First year MBA candidate currently enrolled in a full-time business school program
  • 3-10 years operational experience in Finance, Strategy or a related function

  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the beverage industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated in previous work and extracurricular activities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $5K sign on bonus + $5k bi-weekly

Start Date: June 7th, 2027
