About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world’s leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We’ve grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we’re building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The opportunity

You’ll own revenue for LoopMe’s first-party data segment business, responsible for landing new logos and growing an existing book of accounts. You’ll report to the VP, Demand Partnerships and work closely with data operations and product to connect our consent-based audience segments to the agencies, brands, and platforms that need them most. This is a quota-carrying role based in our New York office.

What you’ll do

•  Own a revenue quota across new business development and account expansion within our first-party data segment portfolio.

•  Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and industry relationships, then close new logos against target.

•  Drive adoption of LoopMe segments across key DSPs and marketplaces, including The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Amazon, DV360, Yahoo, StackAdapt, Hulu, and Tubi.

•. Lead discovery conversations with agency, brand, and platform buyers to map our segments to their targeting and measurement goals.

•  Partner with data operations and product to onboard new buyers, resolve activation issues, and ensure segment quality meets expectations.

•  Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM with regular visibility into deal status and revenue outlook.

•  Represent LoopMe at key industry events including Cannes Lions, IAB Annual, and programmatic-focused conferences.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

Essential:

•  3–5 years of sales or business development experience in adtech or data, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota.

•  Experience selling audience data or segments to agencies, trading desks, or brand marketers — first-party data experience strongly preferred.

•  Working knowledge of data marketplace operations: onboarding, activation, segment taxonomy, CPM pricing, and buyer workflows on The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or DV360.

•  Ability to articulate first-party data value — consent provenance, recency, scale, match rates — versus third-party alternatives.

•  Strong communication skills with experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving trading desks, data strategists, and procurement.

Nice to have:

•  Established relationships with agency holding company trading desks (GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, IPG, Omnicom).

•  Experience as a data provider on The Trade Desk Data Marketplace, LiveRamp, or Amazon Data Provider.

•  Familiarity with CTV/streaming and digital audio as data-driven audience activation channels.

•  Experience selling into high-audience-quality verticals such as retail/CPG, auto, financial services, or healthcare.
