TL;DR: We’re hiring Enterprise AEs to drive new business and expansion across mid-to-large enterprise accounts. You’ll partner closely with our VP of Revenue to land high-value customers and grow them over time. This is a consultative, multi-threaded sale — not transactional — with clear path to six-figure deals and meaningful expansions.

Background

Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours — not months. We help customers analyze conversations, surface themes, and make faster, smarter product decisions.

Company highlights — entirely product-led:

  • World-Class Team: Founded by serial entrepreneurs (previous AI exit), former co-founders, and talent from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe, Affirm, Bain, Goldman Sachs, and many more Sequoia-backed startups (plus IOI/ICPC backgrounds).

  • Hypergrowth: We're a fast-growing team backed by top-tier investors that's grown several-fold in the past year, and we're set on multiplying that again. We move fast, care deeply about craft, and love working with people who take ownership.

  • Traction: Rapid growth across segments with enterprise wins at Google, Microsoft, Nestlé, and P&G.

  • Performance: Industry-leading win rate driven by a highly differentiated product.

  • Market Validation: Consistently winning customers across all segments with over six-figure lands that lead to quick expansions.

  • Viral Product: Interviews are shared with tens of thousands of viewers, fueling PLG, organic expansion, and daily inbound from Fortune 500s.

What You’ll Do

  • Outreach + engagement: contact leads via email, cold calls, conferences, and more. Manage inbound and referral leads.

  • Lead gen + prospecting: research potential customers, generate leads, and build a consistent outbound sales pipeline. Attend industry events and develop connections to drive future sales growth.

  • Qualification + closing: run discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups to qualify and close new customers. Build proposals and RoI cases that convince qualified prospects to buy Listen. Negotiate contract terms when needed.

  • Process improvement: improve our internal sales processes (slides, call scripts, meeting templates, contract terms, CRM workflows, metrics, dashboards, etc.). Run weekly “Sales Review” meetings company-wide to review deals and answer questions.

  • Cross-team work: work with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to consistently delight customers. Work with our co-founding team on all things sales and revenue-related.

Who You Are

  • 5–8+ years of quota-carrying closing experience in B2B SaaS

  • Experience selling into enterprise or upper mid-market accounts

  • Proven ability to run consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Track record of closing meaningful deals ($50K–$250K+) and expanding accounts

  • Strong discovery and storytelling skills

  • Comfortable balancing inbound + outbound pipeline generation

  • Highly organized and proactive in managing deals end-to-end

Why This Role

  • Clear land-and-expand motion with strong product pull

  • Opportunity to sell into recognized enterprise brands

  • High-impact role in a company scaling quickly

  • Close partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Meaningful upside as deals grow in size and scope

Life at Listen Labs

  • Competitive Compensation: We're backed by world-class investors, including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit, and Conviction, alongside Evantic, AI Grant, and Pear VC, and offer competitive compensation packages with meaningful equity ownership in a market where over 30B has been created in adjacent industries (Medallia, AlphaSense, GLG, Ipsos, Kantar). Our Sequoia partner, Bryan Schreier, was the first investor in Qualtrics—a $12B company tackling similar problems to ours.

    • The range for this role is $250,000 – $300,000 OTE. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and work location. If this range doesn't match your expectations, we still encourage you to apply.

  • Benefits that Support You: Comprehensive healthcare and dental coverage, flexible time off to recharge, and an environment that values balance and trust.

  • Room to Grow: As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities, shape processes from scratch, and grow alongside the company. We value people who want to stretch beyond their role and build something lasting.
