About Peec AI

Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with an 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

About The Role

We are hiring an Account Executive in New York, one of the first sales hires in our US office. You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, selling to SEO, marketing, and growth leaders at mid-market, enterprise & agency companies across North America. You work side by side with the founding NYC team, and have a real say in how we build the US go-to-market.

What You'll Do
  • Source and close new business across North America, owning the full cycle from discovery and demo through negotiation and close

  • Run a mix of inbound, SDR-sourced, and self-generated pipeline

  • Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progress

  • Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow

  • Feed what you learn on calls back into product, marketing, and the sales playbook. At this stage, your input shapes how we sell.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying software sales role

  • A consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of $1M+

  • Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply

Bonus Points
  • Repeatedly achieving President's Club

  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment

  • Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software

  • You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.

What We Offer
  • Transparent comp with a 50/50 base to variable split, plus equity

  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment

  • Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
