Supports treasury and FP&A activities, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, debt transactions, bank administration, reconciliations, monthly close, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and management reporting. The role develops reporting processes, analyzes complex Excel datasets, improves financial procedures, and provides ad hoc analysis to Treasury, Finance, and business leaders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Support the Treasury department, including daily cash positioning, debt drawdowns and paybacks, cash reporting, and liquidity forecasting
- Support bank account administration and banking relationship management, including account openings and closures, signatory updates, and day-to-day service requests
- Process and reconcile daily bank activity, including wires and ACH, and research and resolve discrepancies with Accounting and business partners
- Support the monthly close process, including partnering with Accounting to review accruals and journal entries and assist in providing detailed variance explanations to budget and forecast
- Assist in the creation and preparation of monthly reporting packages for management and external parties
- Preparation and ownership of periodic flash & KPI reporting
- Build and maintain reporting templates, collect and consolidate inputs from business partners, and run recurring reports on a set schedule
- Work through large and complex Excel files and data sets to produce accurate, well-supported analysis
- Development of sustainable processes and procedures that result in efficiencies, improved accuracy, and timely business analytics
- Serve as a data expert with a keen desire to become “the go-to person” of company data sources and analytics including developing expertise in the company reporting platforms
- Support ad hoc projects and analyses for Treasury, Finance, and business leadership
Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1–4 years of relevant treasury, finance, or accounting experience preferred
- Experience with treasury/cash management and banking relationship management preferred
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Exposure to ERP and reporting/BI tools preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate financial results and analysis clearly to senior stakeholders
- Must be very detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, growing environment
- Team player, but ability to be productive independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Comfort using AI tools to support analysis, reconciliation, and reporting automation
- Comfort creating/using SQL, Python, and other analytical coding is a bonus
