About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office individual to be part of a team responsible to provide operational support to the APAC trading desks. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojob.com.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide operational support for APAC Interest rates, Credit, MBS, FX and Repo desks
  • Review and monitor new/ amended trades, process trade related life cycle events
  • Participate in profit and loss generation and pricing curves maintenance
  • Perform daily reconciliations including break investigation and resolution
  • Present recommendations to streamline/enhance daily processes and documentations
  • Support new product enablement and migration projects
  • Collaborate with partners globally such as regulatory reporting, IT, COO, Market Risk and Project Management on ad-hoc basis
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Quantitative or relevant subjects with minimum 2 years of relevant operations experience is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in FX, Credit and/or Rates related products and P&L calculation is an advantage
  • Experience with MarkitWire and Calypso is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge with Macro and VBA preferred
  • Detail orientated with strong sense of control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical/problem solving skills
