You and Your Job

As an Associate, COO Regions, Markets NA, you will support the COO Regions – Markets, NA team in maintaining effective regulatory and operational frameworks for Rabobank’s Swap Dealer and Rabo Securities USA, Inc. activities. You will provide KYC and CDD support, coordinate counterparty and personnel onboarding and offboarding, and assist with regulatory trade matters and business initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to build expertise across regulatory and operational processes while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Through close collaboration with business partners and colleagues, you will help deliver high-quality service and advance operational improvements across Markets and Treasury.

 Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain the regulatory framework for Rabobank’s Swap Dealer activities.
  • Maintain the regulatory and operational framework for Rabo Securities USA, Inc., Rabobank’s U.S.-registered broker-dealer.
  • Provide KYC and CDD support for Markets and Treasury client owners and help satisfy internal and external requirements.
  • Manage counterparty and client onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for Swap Dealer Associated Persons globally and RSI Registered Representatives.
  • Provide regulatory trade support and general trade assistance.
  • Coordinate business initiatives, projects, and operational improvements across Markets and Treasury.

  • Bachelor’s degree.2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment, with an interest in finance.
  • Ability to travel occasionally regionally and Globally

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $125,000.00 – $160,000.00  USD


This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
