ABOUT US

E-commerce got real-time data infrastructure decades ago. Physical stores still have not. RADAR is changing that.
RADAR is building the data infrastructure layer for the physical world, starting with retail. Our hardware-enabled SaaS platform uses proprietary overhead sensors, software, and AI-powered analytics to locate every product in a store, continuously, down to the fixture. We are deployed across 1,400+ stores with retailers including American Eagle Outfitters and Old Navy, processing tens of billions of real-world events every day, delivering 99%+ accuracy in complex, noisy environments - at fleet scale.
RADAR is one of the best-funded companies in retail technology, backed by a recent Series B financing at a $1 billion valuation. Inventory accuracy is only the beginning. We believe RADAR can become foundational infrastructure for the physical economy, powering new AI-driven commerce experiences across retail and beyond.
Join us if you want to work on a large, unsolved, technically challenging problem with an ambitious team building category-defining technology.

  • Diverse Perspectives: We believe better ideas come from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints.
  • Empathy-Driven Design: We build with deep respect for our end users, listening closely to their feedback and needs.
ABOUT THE JOB

We are searching for a Deployment Implementation Coordinator to support the execution of customer deployments across physical retail sites. This role sits within Deployment Operations and helps coordinate the many operational details required to get stores ready for installation, including vendor coordination, site readiness tracking, shipping logistics, insurance documentation, permitting support, scheduling assistance, and deployment documentation.

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where multiple stores, vendors, customers, and internal teams need to stay aligned. You will help ensure that deployment work moves seamlessly from planning to execution with the right information, approvals, materials, and partner readiness in place.

The ideal candidate understands that successful deployments do not “just happen.” They require clean handoffs, proactive follow-ups, accurate site information, and disciplined tracking across many moving pieces. You will play a key role in helping RADAR scale its deployment operations as we expand across tier-1 retail customers and increasingly complex rollout programs.

ABOUT YOURequired:
  • You are highly organized and comfortable managing many details across multiple active sites or projects.
  • You understand that physical deployments require strong coordination, documentation, follow-up, and cross-functional alignment.
  • You are comfortable working with external vendors, integration partners, customers, landlords, general contractors, or field teams.
  • You are proactive and do not wait for blockers to become urgent before escalating them.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally across internal teams and external partners.
  • You are comfortable tracking work in project management systems, spreadsheets, and shared documentation.
  • You can operate in ambiguity and turn unclear inputs into organized next steps.
  • You are detail-oriented and can manage a high volume of documentation such as COIs, permits, access requirements, vendor forms, site details, and deployment checklists.
  • You are adaptable and able to adjust priorities as schedules, customer needs, and site conditions change.
  • You are resourceful, persistent, and comfortable following up until open items are resolved.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, tools, and evolving workflows.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can build productive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred:
  • 3+ years of experience in deployment coordination, project coordination, field operations, logistics, retail operations, construction coordination, facilities, or implementation support.
  • Experience supporting multi-site retail, technology, construction, cabling, hardware, or infrastructure deployments.
  • Experience working with vendor partners, integrators, electricians, low-voltage contractors, logistics providers, or field service teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar
  • Experience coordinating insurance documentation, permits, landlord requirements, site access, shipping, or installation readiness.
WHAT YOU'LL DOIn your first 30 days, you will:
  • Learn Radar’s mission, technology stack and core values.
  • Complete onboarding and security compliance training.
  • Learn RADAR’s deployment lifecycle, from customer handoff through site readiness, installation, closeout, and support handoff.
  • Understand roles across Deployment Ops, Field Ops, Store Planning, Deployment Technical Support, Customer Experience, and vendor partners.
  • Review current trackers, SOWs, permit/COI workflows, logistics processes, and closeout requirements.
  • Shadow active deployments and begin supporting coordination tasks.
In your first 60 days, you will:
  • Own readiness tracking for assigned stores or deployment workstreams.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners on permits, COIs, access requirements, landlord forms, logistics, and installation prerequisites.
  • Maintain accurate trackers with status, blockers, owners, and next steps.
  • Escalate readiness, schedule, permit, logistics, or documentation risks before they impact execution
In your first 90 days, you will:
  • Independently coordinate assigned fleet deployment sites or programs.
  • Establish a consistent operating rhythm with vendors and internal teams.
  • Improve readiness checklists, trackers, documentation, and escalation paths.
  • Help reduce preventable delays caused by missing documentation, late logistics, unclear ownership, or vendor follow-up gaps.
