Capstone is expanding its sales team and seeking driven, entrepreneurial candidates with a strong interest in both policy and finance. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Leadership team in New York and is ideal for individuals with a minimum of two years of sales experience who are eager to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Leadership team in New York with strategic sales initiatives
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and in-person meetings
  • Manage prospects throughout the sales cycle and effectively allocate resources
  • Coordinate meetings and calls with analysts to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Clearly articulate Capstone’s investment insights and enhance brand awareness
  • Represent Capstone professionally to both new and existing clients
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to independently generate leads
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Background or familiarity with finance, investing, or policy is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and a strong commitment to the firm’s success
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorsh

Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $70,000-85,0000

This position is based in our New York office is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays
