Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Leadership team in New York with strategic sales initiatives
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and in-person meetings
- Manage prospects throughout the sales cycle and effectively allocate resources
- Coordinate meetings and calls with analysts to build and maintain strong relationships
- Clearly articulate Capstone’s investment insights and enhance brand awareness
- Represent Capstone professionally to both new and existing clients
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to independently generate leads
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Background or familiarity with finance, investing, or policy is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and a strong commitment to the firm’s success
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorsh
Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $70,000-85,0000
This position is based in our New York office is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays
