As Associate Manager, Revenue at Stryker, you will support a dynamic revenue environment, ensure compliance with ASC 606, and partner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence. What You Will Do

  • Administer the RevPro revenue recognition system, ensuring accurate data flow and proper revenue treatment across complex transactions.
  • Partner with IT and Finance Systems teams to troubleshoot issues, test enhancements, and implement system improvements that increase automation and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare and review revenue, deferred revenue, and related reconciliations to support monthly and quarterly close timelines.
  • Support deal reviews for complex revenue arrangements, providing insight and guidance to ensure contract compliance.
  • Maintain standalone selling price (SSP) analyses and support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, delivering accurate and timely revenue reporting.
  • Execute and enhance Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX 404) controls, ensuring audit readiness and control effectiveness.
  • Participate in special projects including system implementations, acquisition integrations, and revenue process redesign initiatives.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum six years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience with U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience in hardware/software revenue accounting.
  • Experience using SAP and RevPro revenue systems.

$89,300 - $193,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
