- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Build scalable APIs, backend services, and reusable application components

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering or full-stack application development
- 2 years of experience building web applications, RESTful APIs, and scalable backend services using Java and Spring boot with an understanding of secure coding practices, application monitoring, and performance optimization
- 2 years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases, API integration, and software development best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, with Azure proficiency preferred; AWS or GCP experience accepted as alternatives
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in agile development teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset
- AI/ML certifications
- Azure certifications are preferred; AWS or GCP certifications are also valued
- Experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, and modern frontend frameworks including React
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or financial services domains
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments
- Exposure to enterprise application modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and productivity practices
- Proven track record of AI usage to drive up productivity and familiarity with AI-driven solutions
- Familiarity with AI-first development approaches and integrating AI-enabled capabilities into applications
