As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Trustpilot, you will manage the recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions, advising and influencing leaders on talent strategies and collaborating with teams to build effective hiring campaigns in the US market.

At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

Trustpilot is growing fast in North America, and we’re looking for a driven and strategic B2B marketer to help shape the next phase of our journey. As our new B2B Marketing Manager for the US market, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth through lifecycle marketing and customer advocacy.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a marketer who thrives on experimentation, collaboration, and storytelling. Reporting to the Senior Director of US Marketing, you will lead initiatives that deepen relationships across the buyer and customer lifecycle — from acquisition to retention — while uncovering and showcasing our most passionate customer advocates.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and close-knit marketing team that spans New York, Denver, London, Edinburgh, Copenhagen, Hamburg, and Milan. We value teamwork, trust, and shared ambition — and we all roll up our sleeves to get things done. You’ll have the autonomy to shape and deliver campaigns that move the needle, all while contributing to a central program plan that unites our global efforts. With a broad scope of responsibilities and plenty of room to innovate, no two days are ever the same.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and execute multichannel nurture programs that engage prospects and customers across the funnel, accelerating adoption, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our global Lifecycle Marketing team to adapt and amplify global initiatives in the US market.
  • Identify, build, and maintain 1:1 relationships with key customers for storytelling and advocacy — including case studies, co-marketing opportunities, press engagements, and event participation.
  • Lead campaigns that empower our customers to amplify their TrustSignals — including review content, Trustpilot star ratings, and more — across their own marketing and advertising.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align goals, share insights, and co-develop marketing programs that support commercial targets.
  • Track and analyze performance data to understand what’s working, iterate quickly, and improve campaign outcomes.

Who you are:

  • An experienced B2B marketer with a track record of driving measurable outcomes across the customer lifecycle; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Skilled at developing and delivering marketing campaigns — from strategy to execution to performance reporting.
  • Comfortable in a high-performance, cross-functional environment with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Confident using marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and other MarTech systems to build and measure campaigns (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Insight-driven and customer-obsessed — you care deeply about what motivates your audience and know how to tailor your messaging accordingly.
  • A natural relationship-builder, especially when it comes to customer storytelling and advocacy.
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and resourceful — you're just as happy rolling up your sleeves as you are planning strategically.
  • Experience in a B2B marketing agency setting is a strong plus — especially if you’ve partnered with commercial teams and delivered campaigns that connect strategy to results.

What's in it for you:

  • A competitive base salary ranging from $108,750 - $117,500 gross per year. This range doesn’t include any variable pay such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot’s equity program or other benefits.
  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • 20 vacation days + 2 personal days +10 paid holidays per year
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Full health insurance
  • 401k matching your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your base salary
  • Discounted club membership at Life Time Fitness
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan and full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave for employees who have been employed for over 6 months with full scope of benefit after 12 months
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities and team socials
  • A friendly, open office complete with a foosball table, roof deck with wifi (rooftop meeting anyone?!) and unlimited snacks and drinks
  • Communal lunch, extra treats and events during the month —  think ice cream carts, coffee bars and massages, to name a few

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences as well as how you will contribute to our working culture. So, even if you don’t feel you don't meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!
