  • Build and scale advanced analytics capabilities, leveraging data, automation, and digital tools, to monitor exposures, forecast performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead financial strategy and capital/funding optimization initiatives across the T&WC lending portfolio, with a focus on improving profitability, pricing discipline, and competitive positioning.
  • Provide executive-level financial reporting and insight-driven analysis for business reviews, strategy discussions, and (where applicable) regulatory submissions.
  • Integrate risk appetite and regulatory requirements (including CCAR and CECL, where applicable), as well as internal/external benchmarking, into financial processes.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking, market trend analysis, and performance assessments to inform business strategy and prioritization.
  • Support strategic and execution priorities for portfolio and credit management, focusing on financial optimization and business growth.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and partner with the Head of Portfolio and Credit to drive aligned execution against priorities.
  • Champion digital transformation to automate portfolio reporting and analytics, enhancing oversight, control effectiveness, and management information quality across the franchise.
