Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $32.97 - $50.07. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doing

The Benefits Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs for a healthcare organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, wellness, and ancillary benefit programs while maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and healthcare industry regulations. The Benefits Analyst leverages data and market insights to evaluate program effectiveness, support cost management initiatives, and enhance the employee experience.

Working closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and healthcare leaders, the Benefits Analyst helps ensure benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's talent and business strategies.

Essential Duties

  • Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of health, dental, vision, retirement, and tuition.
  • Support benefits data entry, audits, and reconciliation activities to help maintain data accuracy.
  • Respond to routine employee questions and escalate more complex issues as needed.
  • Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic analyses related to benefits programs.
  • Assist with open enrollment, plan changes, and vendor coordination.
  • Review and maintain benefits communications and intranet content to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Responsible for initiating campaigns to highlight employee benefits and increase awareness and engagement.
  • Maintain documentation and support compliance-related tasks.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, benefits, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advance Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
