Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • At least 3 years' work experience in accounts payable and receivable. 
  • Experience with SAP Business One or a similar accounting software. 
  • Outstanding knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and prioritize.
  • Comfortable in a team environment; collaborative.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to ensure the deliverables are produced on time with high quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively evaluate and draw conclusions from data
  • Strong desire to continuously learn and improve skillsets.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment with attention to deadlines.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • QuickBooks & Excel: 2-3 years (Required)
  • SAP: 2-3 years (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalency degree 
  • Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems 
  • Able to work well with others as a team member 
  • A passion for serving people
