  • Research target accounts to identify the relevant contacts, develop a deep understanding of their potential needs and challenges, and build an outreach plan that will be tailored to their company.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and assess their fit to our products.
  • Partner closely with our Directors of BD to identify and source meetings that lead to pipeline and closed revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting and sales activity in our CRM.
  • Demonstrate curiosity about our customers, their pain points, and how we can best solve them; stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Engage with decision-makers, building a relationship to understand their current pain points, and educating them on the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Previous work or internship experience in the Business Development space is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling objections
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Gritty, self-motivated, and able to operate in a fast-moving startup environment

Why You’ll Love Working Here

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team’s health, well-being, and work-life balance, including:

  • Competitive compensation and commission opportunities
