As a Facilities & Business Operations Manager, within the property management team, you will lead a team dedicated to optimizing the financial and contractual operations of our property management portfolio, ensuring our outsourced service providers (OSPs) deliver exceptional service and value. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of our property management operations across a diverse real estate footprint.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team responsible for financial and contractual oversight within property management, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with OSPs, JPMC Finance, and internal property management teams to ensure all contractual deliverables are met. Monitor adherence to service level agreements and document controls to support compliance.
- Lead month-end close processes for property management accounts, consolidate financial results, and ensure accurate reporting of management fees, incentives, and operational expenses.
- Track and analyze property management KPIs and CPIs, ensuring service providers meet performance standards. Proactively address issues and escalate as necessary to maintain operational excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements within property management operations, collaborating with GRE functions to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Support GRE Functional and Regional leadership by providing clear, actionable analysis and recommendations related to property management operations.
- Develop, document, and maintain robust controls for property management activities. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure collaborative and effective operations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or property management
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders
- Superior analytical, quantitative, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment and independent decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced property management environment, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain composure under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams

- Real estate experience highly desirable
