Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy for Savings, CD, and Debit products, identifying opportunities to drive acquisition, engagement, and balances growth.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, earned, and branch channels.
  • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to identify customer insights and develop data-driven growth initiatives.
  • Support offer strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and personalization efforts across the deposit portfolio.
  • Drive business case development, performance tracking, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Marketing, Product, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Operations partners.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitive opportunities, and innovative approaches to accelerate growth.
  • Influence strategic planning efforts and contribute to multi-year growth roadmaps.
     

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, analytics, product management, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating data into business recommendations.
  • Executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
