Your Role and Impact

HYPR is seeking a Channel Manager to help grow and nurture our partner ecosystem. You'll play a key role in managing relationships with resellers and partners while ensuring operational excellence. This role is perfect for someone early in their career with some channel or sales management / operations experience. The right hire will have experience in cybersecurity or related sectors and an appreciation for the customer mindset of B2B sales ranging from mid-size to enterprise level. 

This position is New York based and will be hybrid in office 2-3 days per week in our corporate office, with travel for partner meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities 

Channel Partner Management:

  • Focus on key strategic channel partners aligned with HYPR’s goals around partner sourced activity and partner fulfillment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Serve as a key liaison between partners and internal teams on developing joint go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
  • Assist sales management in measuring and tracking effectiveness and consistency of partner focused efforts
  • Partner directly with regional sales representatives to develop and execute strategic partner engagement and growth initiatives within their territories. 
  • Assess inbound activity from new potential partners, working with leadership to qualify and diligence for inclusion in HYPR partner program.

Joint Initiatives and Enablement:

  • Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and sales initiatives with partners.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on partner training, resources, and support to help partners effectively position and sell Hypr’s platform.

Revenue Operations Support:

  • Assist in tracking channel partner performance using KPIs such as revenue, customer acquisition, and partner satisfaction.
  • Support operational improvements in deal registration tracking and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create partner-specific materials, enablement tools, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements  

  • 2–4 years of aggregate experience spanning roles in channel management, sales, business development, or sales / revenue operations. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing sales and partner relationships, with a strong desire to expand knowledge and skills in Salesforce's operational capabilities.
  • Resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative to independently resolve questions and challenges.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position is New York based and will be hybrid in office 2-3 days per week in our corporate office.

OTE (on-target earnings): $80,000 - $100,000 USD

On-target earnings (OTE) is the total compensation an employee can expect to earn if they meet their performance targets. It's a projected salary that includes an employee's base salary plus their variable pay.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at HYPR. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other HYPRions. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at HYPR to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
