Chef de comptes, Produits vétérinaires, Unité des Animaux de compagnie
Territoire : Montréal-est, Rive Nord, Laurentides et Gatineau
Remplacement de maternité de 14 mois
Le Chef de comptes est chargé de communiquer avec les clients vétérinaires pour initier et entretenir des relations commerciales et promouvoir, positionner et vendre la gamme de produits et de services pour animaux de compagnie afin de répondre et de dépasser les besoins des clients. Le Chef de comptes est également responsable de la réalisation des objectifs annuels de vente et d'affaires dans le cadre du plan d'affaires établi pour le territoire..
Le Chef de comptes est chargé de comprendre les besoins des clients, de communiquer des informations précises et complètes sur les produits et de fournir un soutien grâce à des communications ciblées dans le but d'augmenter les ventes et la pénétration du marché. Les méthodes stratégiques et innovantes de communication et d'établissement de relations sont encouragées pour renforcer davantage les partenariats avec les cliniques. Les activités du chef de comptes comprennent également la participation à des formations d'éducation continue, la participation à des formations sur les produits et les ventes et la participation à des conférences et à des congrès.
Le Chef de comptes optimise le potentiel commercial dans le territoire grâce à une collaboration, une analyse, une planification, une mise en œuvre et une organisation efficaces du travail. Les autres tâches comprennent la gestion des données du territoire par le biais du CRM et de tous les autres outils de gestion du territoire pertinents. Les tâches administratives supplémentaires comprennent, sans s'y limiter : l'enregistrement des appels quotidiens avec les comptes, la gestion des dépenses et les demandes d'envois des clients. Le rendement est mesuré en fonction de la performance au sein du territoire basé sur un plan d'objectif de vente, ainsi que de promotions ciblées et d'autres normes de rendement conformes aux objectifs opérationnels.
Le Chef de comptes remplira ses fonctions en toute conformité avec l'engagement de notre compagnie à l'égard de ses valeurs et ses pratiques, de ses politiques et de ses procédures, des normes de l'industrie ainsi que de toutes les lois et de tous les règlements applicables.
Qualifications:

  • Baccalauréat complété
  • Expérience en vente est un atout
  • Expérience en pratique vétérinaire des petits animaux est un atout
  • Une compréhension approfondie du fonctionnement de l'industrie de la santé animale
  • Maîtrise des logiciels informatiques de bureau
  • Solides compétences liées à la communication orale et écrite
  • Sens de la négociation
  • Un permis de conduire valide est requis
  • Bilingue (français et anglais)

Account Manager, Companion Animal
Territory: Montreal East Island, North Shore, Laurentians and Gatineau areas

Our Account Managers interact face to face and virtually with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Canada - Companion Animal Business Unit, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving the annual sales and business objectives within his/her territory by coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of the Territory Tactical Plans, ensuring alignment with Regional and National Business unit objectives.
The Account Manager is responsible for understanding the customer needs and communicating accurate and complete product information through on-going calls on targeted companion animal veterinarians with the goal of increasing sales and market penetration in the territory. This also includes conducting Continuing Education meetings, attending product and sales training, and participating in conferences and conventions.
The Account Manager will complete his/her tasks in a manner fully consistent with our company's commitment to our Values and Standards, policies, procedures, industry standards and all laws and regulations.
The Account Manager optimizes business potential in the territory through effective analysis, planning, implementation and organization of work. The Account Manager manages territory data through CRM and / or other relevant territory management tools. There are other administrative duties which include expense reports and requests from clients.
Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor degree
  • Previous Sales experience is an asset
  • Experience in small animal veterinary practice is an asset
  • Thorough understanding of the Animal Health Industry
  • Proficiency in office technology and related software
  • Communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Negotiation skills
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Language: Bilingual (French and English)
