Salesforce is seeking a dynamic and transformational CRO to lead the Agentforce Process Automation & Intelligence organization and serve as a key member of that leadership team. This leader will define and execute a bold, growth-focused customer acquisition and expansion strategy, driving revenue and bookings globally for the Agentforce Process Automation & Intelligence organization focused on FINS (Financial Services), Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Pharma and Public Sector.
Operating as a strategic business owner, the CRO will combine long-term vision with disciplined execution, inspiring and scaling high-performing, distributed teams in a fast-moving, evolving market.
As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, the CRO will play a pivotal role in Salesforce’s continued growth and market leadership. This leader will bring intellectual curiosity, executive presence, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a global organization – anticipating market shifts, aligning stakeholders, and positioning Salesforce for sustained success as the Agentic Enterprise.

Job Profile:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition and growth strategy that drives accelerated revenue and bookings globally for the Agentforce Process Automation and Intelligence, encompassing FINS, Pharma, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Public Sector.

  • Lead and scale a high-performing, solution engineering organization through complexity, market shifts, and organizational change.

  • Drive a growth-oriented go-to-market strategy with operational discipline and execution rigor.

  • Build and sustain strong cross-functional partnerships across product, marketing, recruiting and finance using AI driven sales enablement with Salesforce products like Slackbot and Agentforce to drive alignment and impact.

  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level customer relationships while expanding the Agentforce Process Automation & Intelligence footprint and influence across strategic accounts.

  • Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and funnel performance through clear metrics and disciplined operating cadence.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence and consistent execution.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for the Agentforce Process Automation & Intelligence sales priorities and own the vision communication to C-level at Fortune 2000 accounts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of sales experience, ideally including expertise in AI transformation, agentic SaaS solutions, and a dedicated focus on ERP and Supply Chain technologies.

  • Extensive experience selling consulting or strategic sales to C-suite executives.

  • Proven success solution selling and guiding C-Level executive through business and technology change.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation at scale, including cultural change, operating model evolution, and capability building.

  • Strong general management, strategic planning, and operational leadership capabilities.

  • Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing pre-sales teams.

  • Exceptional analytical and operational rigor with a metrics-driven approach to execution.

  • Proven ability to build loyal, reference-able customers and long-term executive relationships.

  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $368,000 - $441,000 annually There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $368,000 - $441,000 per year. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
