We have a unique opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as a Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst for the Issuer Services Group.
Issuer Services is a major business line in Computershare, covering registry services, entity solutions and investor engagement. This role would sit in the office of the CEO of Issuer Services.

This junior PM/BA role provides structured project management and analytical support to the Chief of Staff. You will help turn strategy into execution by organizing work, clarifying requirements, tracking risks and dependencies, and producing crisp executive‑ready updates. The role suits someone early in their PM/BA career who is curious, detail‑oriented, and confident partnering with stakeholders across operations, technology, product, finance, and compliance.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Project Management
- Support the management of portfolio of strategic initiatives
- Organize leadership materials (agenda, briefings, talking points) and pre‑read packets; distil complex threads into executive summaries
- Prepare executive updates and decision papers
- Design formats and agendas for meetings and workshops
- Produce meeting minutes and actions, synthesizing into plans of action, aligned to Issuer strategy
- Track cross‑functional actions and commitments; chase owners and unblock logistics to keep work moving
Analysis
- Collect and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness, for both ad hoc and regular projects
- Develop simple models and visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to support decision-making and communicate insights clearly
- Prepare data-driven reports for inclusion in executive packs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret findings and translate them into actionable recommendations
Presentation Design and Creation
- Design and deliver executive-ready presentations for leadership forums, steering committees, and board updates, ensuring clarity and visual impact
- Translate data into compelling visuals (charts, timelines, dashboards) that support decision-making
- Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with corporate branding guidelines across all decks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content and craft concise narratives for strategic initiatives
- Create reusable templates and slide libraries for recurring governance packs and executive briefings
- Incorporate storytelling techniques to make presentations engaging and easy to follow for senior audiences
What will you bring to the role?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations or related field. (Tertiary level qualifications preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to create high‑impact presentations using PowerPoint (required)
- 1–3 years in project coordination, PMO analyst, business analysis, or operations; internship or placement experience welcome
- Foundational knowledge of project management and business analysis practices (plans, RAID, requirements, process mapping)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills — able to design clear, executive‑ready decks with compelling visuals and structured narratives
- Strong writing and presentation skills; able to craft clean narratives and visuals for senior audiences
- Solid experience with data (Excel/Sheets), and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Professional curiosity, high ownership, and a service mindset; thrives in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 and this position is bonus/incentive eligible. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations.
