About Flowcode

Flowcode is building the world's best offline-to-online conversion platform. As the leading provider of enterprise-grade QR and analytics, trusted by over 70% of the Fortune 500, Flowcode empowers brands and creators to convert offline interactions into measurable, actionable online conversions. We are a customer and product-obsessed, execution-first company with a non-hierarchical structure and a high-performance culture. Our founding principle on talent is “the product is the team and the team is the product.” Every function—from strategy, HR and finance to design, product, engineering and GTM—is part of one system. We build great products by building elite teams.

The Role

Flowcode’s Chief of Staff is not just a note-taker, project planner, or passive observer. This role is a force multiplier to the CEO and exec team—a player-coach who drives clarity, pressure-tests thinking, simplifies execution, and unlocks scale. You’ll amplify the exec team’s operating bandwidth, run point on top-priority initiatives, drive Flowcode’s operating cadence, and serve as a trusted mirror for team performance.
This role requires sharp execution instincts, deep operational rigor, and an obsession with input metrics. You will be expected to anticipate, simplify, and accelerate decision-making, drive high-priority initiatives, and challenge ambiguity with clarity and precision.

What You’ll Do

1. Execution Engine Ownership
- Refine and enforce Flowcode’s operating rhythm: daily input measurement, weekly standups, quarterly OKRs, semi-annual offsites
- Define and track company-wide input metrics—across Product, GTM, Ops, and Talent
- Spot bottlenecks early—simplify, systematize, or escalate as needed
- Keep the team aligned, accountable, and ahead of schedule on all deliverables

2. CEO Partnership & Leadership Team Enablement
- Act as the right hand to the CEO—prepare for and follow up on all meetings, decisions, and strategic bets to ensure end to end execution and accountability
- Elevate leadership communication—truthful, organized, actionable, and fast
- Manage internal escalation and clarity—get to the end of the movie to keep operations and decision making streamlined, fast and effective

3. Cross-Functional Execution
- Drive or unblock complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution—especially at the 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 phases (e.g., new product GTM, org design, pricing, partnerships)
- Connect dots between Product, Engineering and GTM—optimize for frictionless workflows
- Turn hard questions into fast starts. Create process pain early to accelerate execution

4. Culture & Talent Champion
- Reinforce our cultural DNA: Execution wins. Input metrics matter. Customers are smarter than us.
- Help recruit, coach, and retain high-velocity talent that gets 1% better every day
- Protect the jigsaw puzzle of teamwork—help identify and resolve team misfits or role mismatches quickly
- Coach managers and ICs on clarity, communication, and execution
- Be a cultural bar-raiser in hiring, onboarding, and performance

Who You Are

- 6–10 years of experience across strategy, operations, consulting, startup leadership, or VC-backed tech
- Prior Chief of Staff, founder, ops leader, or management consultant experience preferred
- Known for radical clarity, high speed, ruthless prioritization, and executional firepower
- Fluent in GTM, product, ops, and customer language—can speak to any function with credibility
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communicator—precise with words and data, allergic to vagueness and imprecision
- Track record of owning ambitious initiatives and delivering results quickly
- Systems thinker with a builder’s mindset—you can zoom out to redesign workflows and zoom in to fix a Google Sheet formula
- Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and trusted by execs and individual contributors alike
- NYC-based or willing to relocate—we believe in in-person collaboration for speed and culture

What Success Looks Like
- You provide the operational leverage to enable our CEO to spend 80% of his time on only the highest impact strategic projects
- Every initiative at the company starts fast, asks the tough questions early, and ends with impact
- The team is organized, focused, and tracking the right input metrics every week
- The organization becomes sharper, simpler, faster—with less friction and more results

What We Offer
- Competitive salary + equity
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- A high-talent, low-politics culture
- Access to a market defining opportunity with massive TAM

Apply if:
You want to be at the center of a team where execution is strategy, where every teammate is a builder, and where your fingerprints will be all over the product, people, and performance of a category-defining company.
