Franchising, an $800B industry in the US alone, is still operating with outdated legacy software, little data insight, and too much manual work. Harmonyze, a venture-backed startup funded by Bowery Capital, Focal VC, and others, is revolutionizing the industry with its AI platform and is already working with some of the largest brands in the franchising space.
We’re now looking to further accelerate our growth and are looking for an entrepreneurial Chief of Staff to join our team.
Your Impact
You’ll partner directly with our CEO to shape the future of how franchise organizations operate. You’ll primarily focus on the post-sale experience for our most strategic clients, building deep relationships that drive both client success and company growth. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing startup as one of the first non-engineering hires and play a pivotal role in shaping our product and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise client journey – Serve as the trusted advisor to our largest clients, ensuring their success while identifying strategic expansion opportunities
- Build and scale our client success playbook – Develop the systems, processes, and experiences that deliver exceptional value while remaining scalable as we grow
- Drive cross-functional collaboration – Partner with Product, Engineering, ML, and Sales to ensure the client voice shapes everything we build and sell
- Architect the onboarding experience – Create and oversee implementation programs that deliver rapid time-to-value for complex enterprise deployments
- Build the client success organization – Build and lead a high-performing client success team, setting the vision, KPIs, best practices, and mentoring team members

Startup and B2B experience is a plus but not needed.
