The role also includes building a global insurance community strategy, organizing events, creating trusted industry content, developing advocacy programs, and measuring pipeline and retention impact.

We're looking for a Claims Solutions Partner — the claims-operations expert who sits inside our sales cycle and makes technically complex deals winnable. You'll partner with sales to diagnose prospects' operational gaps, answer the hard technical questions, provide the expertise behind our RFP and RFI responses, run deep analyses of partner portfolios to surface where we add value, and then ensure a clean technical handoff to account management as new partners onboard.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone with real claims-operations depth who wants to be at the front of the business — not behind it. Reporting to the CEO, you'll work across sales, account management, claims, and product.
Turning risk into opportunity

Human progress runs on a single trade: risk for opportunity. Every venture worth doing - a new business, a new home, an exciting trip - means accepting the chance it goes wrong. Insurance is what lets us take those chances anyway, and the claim is the moment it either delivers on that promise or fails to.

We're rebuilding that moment. ClaimSorted is an AI-native claims solution for insurers and large corporates that resolves claims faster, fairer, and more reliably than the industry ever has. Handle risk that well, and people are free to take on more of it - that's how you push society toward opportunity: not by eliminating risk, but by making recovery so fast and certain it stops being a reason to hold back.

We're one of the fastest-growing InsurTechs - scaling 10x YoY, processing hundreds of millions in claims payouts, and backed by the world's leading investors: Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the sales team to identify gaps and issues in prospects' claims operations, and answer their technical questions with authority.

  • Provide the technical expertise behind RFP and RFI responses, owning the quality of the claims content.

  • Run deep analyses of prospect and partner portfolios — loss runs, bordereaux, leakage, handler performance — to identify gaps and build an evidenced value case.

  • Support account managers post-sale on technical onboarding and escalations, and feed what you learn back into how we sell and deliver.

  • Be a credible, honest technical voice in front of senior insurer and MGA stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Deep, hands-on claims-operations experience — handling, oversight, leakage, indemnity, TPA operations, SLAs, and regulation across one or more lines.

  • A diagnostic instinct: you can look at a claims operation or portfolio and see what's broken and what it's worth.

  • Strong data skills — comfortable pulling signal from raw, messy claims data.

  • A track record of technical writing under deadline (RFPs, RFIs, technical responses).

  • Commercial awareness: you can translate technical findings into a case that wins deals, and you know that credibility comes from honesty, not overpromising.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Quarterly performance bonus: up to 15% of quarterly salary

  • Equity participation: stock options as an early-stage team member

  • Medical insurance

  • 401(k) with 4% company match

  • 20 days paid time off

  • Company offsites

  • Accelerated promotion track in a high-growth environment
