The Opportunity

Bring your expertise to a rapidly growing team led by experienced technical founders with a market-leading product suite. We are seeking a highly motivated Client Development Associate with significant experience and outstanding intuition to join our Client Development team, helping to drive new revenues and our go-to-market strategy for Chronograph GP. 

The position will report to our Head of Marketing, with regular engagement with our Client Development team and broader organization in a unique role that spans across marketing and sales responsibilities to drive top-of-funnel opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a financial services background or other enterprise software experience, with substantial experience and demonstrated success in this regard.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented top performer to become directly engaged with several of the world’s most sophisticated private equity investors and produce immediate impact within a globally-focused financial technology firm. Relevant applicants will share a passion for all things ‘growth’ in the fintech space.

As a Sales Solutions leader at Chronograph, you will:

  • Identify and generate net new sales opportunities across both inbound and outbound channels
  • Develop relationships with target accounts, act as the initial point of contact, and work creatively toward advancing our sales dialogue
  • Lead discovery sessions to ascertain Chronograph product relevance for target accounts
  • Conduct market research and analysis of  target accounts and regions to identify key variables impacting account engagement
  • Help remove barriers with potential prospects by clearly articulating Chronograph’s differentiators
  • Support Client Development team in the design and configuration of client-facing Proofs-of-Concept (POCs)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leadership on further developing and executing strategic sales plan(s)
  • Leverage succinct communication skills to engage and ensure produce resonance with executive-level stakeholders 
  • Develop deep understanding of client use cases to deliver creative and thoughtful solutions

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Minimum two (2) or more years of professional experience within enterprise software sales, product, data operations, or technology roles
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel 
  • Proven track record of success in software or professional services environment serving the finance industry
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a high-performance environment
  • Ability to proactively and collaboratively solve problems 
  • Leadership aptitude
  • An ability to effectively distill client needs 
  • Positive attitude, sense of humor and healthy curiosity
  • An ability to quickly prioritize, triage, and synthesize multiple perspectives
